Malcolm is a founding partner at Cultiv8. He co-founded SparkLabs Cultiv8 in 2017 and specialised in sourcing investment opportunities, managing the portfolio and corporate relationships to scale company growth.
Malcolm is a director at Wentworth Securities, a boutique investment banking firm dedicated to mid, small and microcap markets, along with institutional investment advisory and wealth management. In 2022, he stepped down as Managing Director.
Malcolm has previously held the position of Senior Investment Advisor at Macquarie Bank, where he built a reputable wealth management business and facilitated many smaller company capital raisings. He was Senior Investment Advisor of Ord Minnett and Investment Analyst at Crescent Capital. Malcolm has a Bachelor and Master of Commerce, as well as a University Blue from the University of Sydney.
