Frank Meehan is General Manager of ESG and Climate at FiscalNote.com, a US company listed on the NYSE with over 3,000 enterprise and government customers globally. He is on the investment committee for both Cultiv8 and The Accelerator Fund, Australia’s leading Sustainable Ag and Food Tech fund.
Frank is a Co-founder and Partner at the SparkLabs Group, Asia’s leading early-stage accelerator,headquartered in Seoul. He is a core contributor at BraveNewDAO, building the decentralized finance protocol for investing in Climate and Sustainable Real World Assets.
Previously Frank was the Co-founder of Equilibrium.ai, a leading ESG and Climate AI software company, which was acquired by FiscalNote in 2021. He was also with Horizons Ventures where he represented Horizons on the boards of Spotify, Siri, Affectiva, Summly and Ginger.ai.
Frank received a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and a Master of Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
