Jimmy Kim is Co-founder and Partner at SparkLabs Group, a network of start-up accelerators and venture capitals funds. He is on the investment committee for both Cultiv8 and The Accelerator Fund, Australia’s most active Ag and Food Tech fund.
Jimmy is also Co-founder and President of N3N, an IoT platform company and Cisco’s first global IoT investment. N3N services numerous Fortune 500 companies and governments, including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Motors. He previously served as N3N’s CEO.
Previously, Jimmy was CEO of Nexonova, a game development studio – a company with a $5 billion market capitalisation – that specialises in social network games. Prior to Nexonova, he served as Executive Vice President of Nexon Corp.
Jimmy received a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University, and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. He also completed the Executive Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
